4. Enrolment & Accounts
To enrol in a programme, you will be asked to provide your name, email address, and payment details. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity conducted through your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts where there is evidence of misuse or breach of these terms.

When using our site and programmes, you agree to:
- Use the content and materials solely for your own personal learning.
- Respect the work of other learners and mentors.
- Refrain from sharing, reproducing, or redistributing course materials without prior written permission.
- Not attempt to access systems or data beyond your authorised access.

6. Intellectual Property
All content provided through Pradit Lab — including lesson materials, code examples, exercises, graphics, and written guides — is owned by or licensed to Pradit Lab and is protected by Thai and international copyright law.
Upon enrolment and payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the programme content for your personal learning during the programme period. This licence does not permit you to copy, share, resell, or create derivative works from the materials.
Work you create as part of programme exercises remains yours. By submitting project work through our platform, you grant us a limited licence to use it for internal quality review and, with your consent, for anonymised examples in teaching materials.
7. Payment & Refunds
Pricing
All fees are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are confirmed at the time of enrolment and will not change for the duration of your enrolled programme.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of enrolment. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.
Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your programme, please reach out to us within 7 days of your enrolment date and before completing more than 20% of the programme content. We will review your situation and work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include a partial or full refund at our discretion. We handle each case individually and aim to be reasonable.
Refunds are not available once a substantial portion of the programme has been accessed or where the request falls outside the 7-day window, except where required by applicable law.
8. Programme-Specific Terms
Scheduling and pace
Programmes are designed to be self-paced within their structure. Mentor availability is agreed upon at the time of enrolment. Mentors aim to respond to questions within two working days during the programme period.
Academic integrity
We ask that project work you submit for feedback is your own. Presenting others’ work as your own undermines your learning and is not in keeping with the spirit of the programme.
Programme completion
Pradit Lab does not issue accredited qualifications. Learners who complete their programme receive a digital certificate of completion from Pradit Lab. The value of this certificate in any external context is at the discretion of third parties.
Access duration
Access to programme materials is provided for the duration agreed at enrolment. We will notify you before access expires and may offer options to extend.
9. Disclaimers
Our programmes are provided in good faith and with care, but are offered “as is”. We do not make specific claims about outcomes, career progression, or employment prospects. Learning results depend on each individual’s effort, background, and circumstances.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, conditions, and representations. Nothing in these terms removes any statutory rights you have as a consumer under applicable Thai law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pradit Lab’s total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the programmes shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant programme.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses, including lost income or missed opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pradit Lab and its team from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of this Agreement or your misuse of the site or programme materials.
12. Termination
Either party may end the arrangement. You may cancel your enrolment by contacting us; refund eligibility is as described in Section 7. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the situation. Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, and 13 continue to apply after termination.
13. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter informally. If an informal resolution is not reached within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand, unless alternative dispute resolution is agreed upon by both parties.

- Entire agreement — this Agreement constitutes the full agreement between you and Pradit Lab with respect to your use of the site and programmes.
- Severability — if any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
- Waiver — failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
- Assignment — you may not assign your rights under this Agreement without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a business sale or restructuring.
- Notices — notices from us will be sent to the email address provided at enrolment. Notices to us should be directed to [email protected].
